1/4	c	Powdered milk
2	tb	White flour
2	tb	Borax powder
2	ts	Mineral oil
10	dr	Rose fragrance oil
1	dr	Red food coloring (optional)
1/4	c	Rose water

Combine the dried milk, flour & borax in a bowl, stirring until well mixed. Add rose water, mineral oil, rose fragrance oil and food coloring (if desired). Stir until you have a thick dough. Take one teaspoon of dough and roll it into a ball, with your hands. Repeat until all the dough has been shapepd. Place the balls on a sheet of tin foil or waxed paper & let dry for 24 hours.
